Her career includes senior HR roles with J.P. Morgan, Nomura, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Citigroup, partnering with senior leaders and businesses across EMEA, the Americas, Asia and the Caribbean.

Her experience spans strategic HR business partnering, organisational design, HR transformation, talent and performance, leadership development, workforce planning and organisational change.

Having worked within some of the world's leading financial institutions as well as smaller, growing organisations, Aregu brings a global strategic perspective combined with a practical understanding of how to translate people strategy into action.

She founded Sophiros to bring that experience directly to organisations and leaders through a personal, pragmatic and highly tailored approach.
